IMO You did right, Naran. The headlines on old threads that have been resurrected can be very misleading. This was a bad one. When I saw it I yelled to my wife and told her that there had been another tunnel collapse. And apparently I'm not the only one who was so gullible.
I believe it was just yesterday that another old thread was updated. Again, the headline was outdated, but that was not immediately clear to readers.

BOSTON — Prosecutors will drop a manslaughter charge against the only company charged in the fatal Big Dig tunnel collapse after the epoxy maker agreed to pay $16 million to settle a lawsuit.
Under the "deferred prosecution agreement" with state Attorney General Martha Coakley, Powers Fasteners Inc. also will take steps to prevent the wrong type of epoxy from being used by its customers, said Max Stern, a company attorney.
"They are happy to put this behind them and get back to business," he said.[/quote]
I bet. I also bet the woman's family wishes they could do the same.
