Nope, but don't be surprised if she ends up in the new Democrat Governor's administration.

As thanks for helping steer MSEA members' time and money to her election.

Now watch this bit of self-aggrandizement be sold by MSEA-SEIu as a victory for their union members.

Since their lot in this union is to pay for and support other peoples' personal political agendas.

But who really thinks when a Public Defender goes to work for the DA that's a victory for criminal defendants?

Since the union/PAC has

Since the union/PAC has reported (LM-2 report ) that they paid Turowski a gross salary of $90,168 in 2017, it will be interesting to see what kind of salary and benefits package she gets from her new buddy Governor Mills. You can review the complete LM-2 report (all public information from the US Dept. of Labor) at https://olms.dol-esa.gov/query/getOrgQry.do
--------------------------
NOTE: The US Dept. of Labor’s 2017 LM-2 Report for that labor union/PAC is actually listed as
SERVICE EMPLOYEES LOCAL UNION 1989 MAINE STATE EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
and not under their locally known name of MSEA-SEIU Local 1989.

Classic Stalinist trick to deny their members transparency by clouding access to this public information.

It's no different than changing one number on a lock combination to keep members from getting in.

What a bunch of scumbags!

Now watch Maryann Turowski reach out to her good friends Rod Hiltz and Tim Belcher.

Now let's see if she has Governor Mills reach out to them in return.

Because they have all done a good job sponging off the monthly dues of MSEA-SEIU members.

So they can now take their self-aggrandizing game to a higher level and sponge off Maine taxpayers.

And just as they did little or nothing for MSEA-SEIU members....

They'll do even less for Maine taxpayers.

Yet who did MSEA-SEIU support?

The one who robbed their members the most.

No wonder they moaned and groaned about the Janus case.

Because what workers in their right minds would want to belong to MSEA or SEIU?

Oh right, all their current members. LOL!

LABOR UNION CORRUPTION ROUND

LABOR UNION CORRUPTION ROUND-UP FOR 2018

This from the Labor Racket Weekly:

https://laborpains.org/2019/01/28/labor-racket-weekly-december-round-up/

Now sure, there are plenty of politicians and businessmen who are also corrupt.

But you don’t need the government’s permission to dump them.

Like you still do even when you want to dump a corrupt, criminal or incompetent union.

Not fair, not right, not free!

In case you missed the public announcement about Turowski...

“As Senior Policy Advisors, Turowski and Abello will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of legislative issues including, but not limited to labor, state and local government, the state budget, and natural resources. They will advise Governor Mills on those issues and serve as liaisons to the Legislature.”

THE REVOLVING DOOR

THE REVOLVING DOOR

Now that they're on the inside...

Watch them have to squeeze their former patrons at MSEA for more money...

In fact like John Baldacci, Janet Mills will likely do State workers worse than Paul LePage ever could.

Especially with these two lap dogs to help her pay back the State's bank loaned debt.

After all, like Republicans, Democrats (truth told) really work for the banks.

They just say they work for the unions to get the members' money and support.

POOR BABIES!

POOR BABIES!

In a comprehensive survey, over 1,000 State of Maine workers identified understaffing, staff turnover, inadequate equipment and training, stress, lack of resources and concerns about their ability to support themselves and their families as barriers to the quality public services they provide to Maine people.

https://www.mseaseiu.org/

News flash: it’s okay to quit and shop the free market.

If they think they can do better at McDonald's or Burger King then have at it.

Because all fast food workers in Maine help pay their higher salaries & better benefits.

So why do State workers think they have it worse and should have it even better than they already do?

Maybe it's time MSEA-SEIU led a strike...oh wait....surveys cost so much less.

GET A LOAD OF THIS?

GET A LOAD OF THIS!

The Maine State Employees Association, Local 1989 of the Service Employees International Union, conducted the survey of both union members and nonunion members employed in all State of Maine Executive Branch departments. Eighty-three percent of respondents identified problems in recruiting and retaining staff due to pay or other departmental problems. Sixty-three percent said their worksites or offices are insufficiently staffed. Full story here. Detailed survey results here.

https://www.mseaseiu.org/

So, when are MSEA or SEIU going to conduct a confidential survey of their employees?

And then publish the results like they did here?

Bet that would make for some interesting reading!

But typical Stalinists, they’re hypocrisy knows no bounds.

West Coast Union Down A

West Coast Union Down A Quarter Of Its Members Since SCOTUS Decision On Forced Dues, Filings Show

“The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 503 in Oregon hemorrhaged more than a quarter of its members since the U.S. Supreme Court banned mandatory agency fees in June 2018, according to state filings obtained by The Freedom Foundation.”

Full article @ https://dailycaller.com/2019/02/14/west-coast-union-scotus/

It would be nice to find out if SEIU-Maine has also hemorrhaged in the same way, but getting accurate details could be very challenging now with their buddy Janet Mills in the Blaine House AND former SEIU staffer Mary Anne Turowski working in the Governor's office.

One million plus views of this debate piece on a very long subjects list on a website in the inter-net universe.

Just one more bit of proof that Stalinism doesn't work for anyone except those who push it for themselves.

Which is why Janus is just one step on the staircase to political and economic freedom for Maine state employees.

Next step should be ending the so called "contract bar" rule which only permits one union for life of a contract.

Because that just gives unions a government guaranteed legal monopoly over their customer base.

No other business has that so why should labor unions?

Just as customers are free to choose what business, law firm or restaurant they want to use or go to...

So should labor union members/customers be free at anytime to choose what union they want to use.

Without having to get the government's permission to dump their union.

I wasn't referring to just

I wasn't referring to just MSEA-SEIU but to all union members in all unions.

If you and other union members want to belong to MSEA-SEIU that's your right.

Because you should be free to choose to belong or not to belong without needing the government's permission.

Your bargaining unit should be free to meet and vote on Friday to dump their union now to join another one Monday.

Same as being able to dump your lawyer and to hire another one to represent you on your case or contract.

GET A LOAD OF THIS!

GET A LOAD OF THIS!

The wrath of Regan: https://laborpains.org/

SEIU employee speaks out about SEIU’s sexual misconduct, favoritism, and screwing members.

So naturally SEIU fires her for speaking out.

Then she gets sued for defamation by SEIU & SEIU International Vice President Dave Regan.

But then another employee sues SEIU for sexual misconduct.

And this lawsuit corroborates the same accusations made by the employee SEIU and Regan are suing.

SEIU VP Regan has since made public warnings against employees who might plan to come forward.

The sued employee says: “…they have a lot of secrets that they don’t want people to know about.”

No doubt.

So why do MSEA members continue to affiliate with these Stalinist scumbags?

THEY WRITE THIS STUFF WITHOUT BLINKING!

MSEA to State of Maine:

“Stop harmful contracting out!”

https://www.mseaseiu.org/

MSEA says It hurts Maine taxpayers because, because, well because…

Then the State of Maine hires fewer state employees.

And fewer state employees means… less… monthly…union… dues… for…. MSEA.

As if MSEA actually cares about what’s in the taxpayers' best interest.

SHAME THAT SHAM!

SHAME THAT SHAM!

“It’s truly a labor of love being a union steward.” ---Ramona Welton, MSEA-SEIU President

https://www.mseaseiu.org/index.php/president-weltons-column/

Because union stewards don’t get paid to do it.

Which is why unions like MSEA and SEIU promote members becoming Stewards.

That way the union can dump the work off on to their members to do for free.

Imagine walking into a law office and paying a lawyer a fee to represent you.

Only to have him tell you, after taking your money, to now do the case yourself.

Question: then why pay the lawyer or the union to represent you?

Shame that sham!

AND THEY CALL IT THE CONTRACT

AND THEY CALL IT THE CONTRACT BAR RULE!

Two conditions make union corruption possible. First, labor law guarantees that unions enjoy a monopoly in collective bargaining, which means that most labor unions exercise unchallenged control over large sums of money. The money comes from union dues and goes to union pension and insurance funds as well as union salaries and the costs of collective bargaining and political action. Once a union is recognized as the exclusive bargaining agent for an employer’s workforce, member dues contributions and payments pour into its coffers with little regard for the union’s performance. Raids by rival unions who might want to pick-up disgruntled union members are largely forbidden by labor law, so established union locals have no competition for control over the employee workforce.”

CAN YOU HEAR WALMART CALLING?

CAN YOU HEAR WALMART CALLING?

MSEA says: “Over 1,000 state workers identify barriers to delivering quality services”

“Heavy workloads, staff turnover, understaffing, inadequate equipment and training, job stress and overall lack of resources are among the problems, survey shows”

https://www.mseaseiu.org/

Translation: union wants employer to hire more employees.

Shocker that.

But the key phrase here is “…staff turnover”.

Because it’s always okay to quit and get a job at Walmart.

Or just quit all this belly aching and learn to count your blessings.

Since State government exists for the people.

The people don’t exist for State government.

The State is supposed to be a means to an end…

Not an end in and of itself for special interests like MSEA-SEIU.
