Kobe Bryant vindicated...

I would have been very interested in the juries take on this case.

Heard on WBZ on the way home the prosecution has asked the judge to dismiss the charges with prejudice, meaning he can not be charged with this crime again.charlie

Wingman:This one never got to trial. Isn't that some indication that the system works? On the flip side we have the three guys who were tried for terrorism, and ASHCROFT's justice dept is working to have them set free, because the prosecutors hid VERY exculpatory evidence. Yeah, you can still argue that it works, but that's not HOW it's supposed to work.

Heard this morning she refused to further participate in prosecuting the case.Could it be she saw an opportunity to make some big bucks through the law suit which is still there and a criminal conviction would help her in this?Heard too, the negotiations to drop the charges had been going on for weeks. Wonder if one of the offers she made included eliminating both the criminal and civil actions in return for a large sum of money?Sounds like extortion to me.charlie
