Mylan may have overcharged U

Mylan may have overcharged U.S. for EpiPen by $1.27 billion: HHS

SOURCE

" . . "Mylan and the Obama Administration reportedly were close to settling the overpayment for much less than $1.27 billion," Grassley said in a statement. "Taxpayers have a right to know what happened here and to be repaid whatever they are owed."

. . A Mylan spokesperson said the drugmaker continues to work with the government to finalize the settlement as soon as possible.

. . The company, which was already under fire for steep price increases on the devices, said in October it agreed to settle with the U.S. government for $465 million.

A Mylan spokesperson said the drugmaker continues to work with the government to finalize the settlement as soon as possible. As in $805,000,000 worth of as soon as possible.

How can this be? The link up above forgot to mention:

Company that price gouged EpiPen is Clinton Foundation donor

SOURCE

" . . Records available on the website of the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation reveal Mylan, the company that manufactures the EpiPen, has donated up to $250,000.

On Wednesday, Clinton released a statement blasting her family foundation’s donor . .

. . The Associated Press reported that the CEO of Mylan, Heather Bresch, is the daughter of West Virginia’s Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin.

Manchin, a supporter of Clinton’s presidential campaign, received $60,650 from Mylan’s PAC and employees, the Washington Post reported.

You bet she blasted 'em! She kept the money. I'll bet daddy did, too. With Obama providing the intel, is it any wonder why the Ds have got it so good?

Judge Nap: Lack of Outrage

Judge Nap: Lack of Outrage Over NSA's Illegal Searches Is 'Astounding'

SOURCE

" . . He said this could have affected hundreds of millions of Americans, calling it a "profound violation of the Fourth Amendment."

Although the FISA court harshly rebuked the NSA, it's actually almost a "joke," Judge Napolitano said.

"There's no sting to the rebuke, there's no consequences to the government," he explained.

He added that these violations were "horrific" under the Obama administration, but they started under former President George W. Bush, and some of them continue to this day under President Trump.

I'm astounded, too. Trump is violating citizen's 4th Amendment rights and the left-dog media hasn't chased him up a tree?

To be fair to the other media, FOX hasn't exactly gone overboard with their coverage. The link delivers little more than a few digestible paragraphs, a 03:30 video, and a tip-of-the-hat to Circa Media who broke the story and from who's reporting the entirety of FOX's coverage is drawn.

Jasper? Matt? a_c? Somebody must give a shit, right?

Same search, new results:

Same search, new results:

FOX 1 Lou Dobbs with Judicial Watch Closes with a very strong admonition to AG Sessions

FOX 2 FOX and Friends with Rand Paul

FOX 2 closes with a particular interest in 'any ambassador' who might have requested an unmasking. That news has just now reemerged as House and Senate intel committees have issued several subpoenas including Samantha Power – former U.N. Ambassador!

I had to scroll way down the search page to find THIS LINK. Sorry, Sam! Your media shield has a crack . .

ICYMI: Former NSA Contractor

ICYMI: Former NSA Contractor Sues James Comey, Alleges Cover Up Of Spy Activities On Over 20 Million Americans

SOURCE

" . . The suit, filed late Monday night [June 12] by Dennis Montgomery, was assigned to the same federal judge who has already ruled that some of the NSA's collection of data on Americans violates the U.S. Constitution’s Fourth Amendment, setting up an intriguing legal proceeding in the nation’s capital this summer.

Montgomery says the evidence he gave to the FBI chronicle the warrantless collection of phone, financial and personal data and the unmasking of identities in spy data about millions of Americans, “This domestic surveillance was all being done on computers supplied by the FBI," Montgomery told Circa in an interview. "So these supercomputers, which are FBI computers, the CIA is using them to do domestic surveillance."
