3p'oh .... The laffter is a great academic econ alchemy exercise .... in da real world (not ya GOP Reaganland) it produced debt with a capital EEEEEE!

Wingie...From your response, I see that you admit that the Laffer Curve is sound thinking. The problems with debt in the 1980's were NOT created by the Laffer Curve. Debt was created by a Congress, and Administration, that were not willing to stop spending.If we were to approach a tax rate of 100%, I doubt that there would be more than a few suckers who would work. That's all the Laffer Curve is saying. We are moving towards 100%.
