Nader not on the Ohio Ballot

The law in Ohio is very clear and Nader broke it. The court did the right thing, even if it is not helpfull to my guy. The danger is always judges legislating from the bench and here they didn't do that.

Re: Nader not on the Ohio Ballot

Very few Greens in Maine will shoot themselves in the proverbial foot by voting for Bush next week. Nader is not a Green, and has never been a Green. David Cobb is the Green Party nominee, and he is openly campaigning ONLY in non-swing states, so as not take votes from John Kerry. Even his running mate, Pat LaMarche, has said she may vote for Kerry over her own ticket, since she's a resident of the 2nd CD.Greens in Maine are much more peeved at their treatment by the state and local Democratic party, and will vote this anger in local elections. Those who want to vote for Nader still have that opportunity here in Maine (and Cobb is also on the ballot), so why would they undermine their own parties platform by voting for someone who represents none of their issues on the environment, healthcare, socical justice, etc.? Just to get even?
